We’ve put our hearts & souls into creating magic for your baby. We truly hope you love everything you order, but in case you don’t, not to worry. We will happily accept returns for unused products or offer you exchanges for other products you love more!

Returns

Please contact us for returning your product at care@yellowdoodle.com or WhatsApp at +91 8130085316. You must send the product back to us within 7 days of delivery date. All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging with product cards intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. We require the original invoice also to be sent along with the product, to our delivery partner. Once received by our order center, returned items are processed within 10 working days.

We will issue you an online voucher for future use on our website, which will be valid for the next 3 months. Please note that we do not offer refunds. 

Exchanges

We will happily exchange the product you are unhappy with for another product. To make an exchange, please contact us at care@yellowdoodle.com or WhatsApp at +91 8130085316 with your name, address, phone number and order number. We will then assist you in completing the exchange process.

Please Note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom orders or products on sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for nappies, babywear sets & muslin wipes - due to hygiene reasons.

We do not accept returns for the Doodle Nursery’s products, unless a defective product is delivered.

As all our products are unique and handmade, in some cases minor variations -colour, print or size, may occur from the product photographs. These minor defects will not qualify as a reason for return/ exchange.
